Public Hearing Scheduled for DNT Extension The NTTA will conduct a public hearing in April to discuss the planning for the extension of the Dallas North Tollway in Collin, Denton and Grayson counties. Known as DNT 4B/5A, this portion of the project extends from Farm-to-Market 428 north to approximately FM 121.
The hearing will be held 6:30 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, April 19, at Celina Middle School (710 E. Pecan Street, Celina, Texas, 75009). Information will be on display beginning at 6 p.m.
The hearing provides the public an opportunity to obtain information and offer input about the development of the selected DNT 4B/5A alignment. Maps, drawings and other information about the project will be on display showing the selected alignment, information and environmental evaluation materials. Attendees can share their comments with the study team by addressing the audience or in writing. Written comments may be submitted to:
