Third Party TollTag Vendor Program

In 1999, the NTTA designed a program to establish additional locations for TollTag distribution that strategically targeted NTTA’s geographic objectives and initiatives that served the four-member counties; Collin, Dallas, Denton and Tarrant.  The program started with four Albertsons.  Today there are 72 locations throughout the D/FW metroplex.  The TollTag vendors consist of 27 municipalities, the North Central Texas Council of Governments, 19 Albertson’s, 20 Krogers, and five apartment complexes.  The growth rate and success of the Third Party TollTag program is astounding. 

A TollTag vendor provides its customers with the convenience of establishing a TollTag account in their vicinity.  Vendors benefit by being able to provide another customer service opportunity to their customers and generate revenue.
