TollTag FAQ: How do I exchange my old, hard-shell TollTag for new blue sticker TollTag?

Although you are not required to exchange your hard-shell TollTag for the newer model, you can upgrade to the sticker TollTag in person or by mail at no additional charge.

In person: Just visit the NTTA Customer Service Center located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway in Plano. (Visit
www.ntta.org/AboutUs/ContactUs/ for hours of operation and directions.)

By mail: Send your hard-shell TollTag to NTTA either of the addresses listed below. Be sure to include the following information: TollTag account number, driver license number, and the year/make/model of the vehicle the TollTag is associated with. Also, be sure to include an address if it is different from the address on the TollTag account.
