- TollTag signs are located above D/FW Airport entry and exit lanes, you can use these designated entry and exit lanes to avoid invalid charges to your account.
- TollTag lanes are equipped with gate arms; therefore it is absolutely necessary to come to a full and complete stop before passing through.
- If you select not to use your TollTag at the airports, you can set your account settings online to disallow these transactions. Remember if you select this option, you will not be able to use the TollTag lanes marked with the Circle T.
- Existing TollTag customers can begin using TollTags at D/FW Airport if their account is current and secured with a credit card. If you currently have a cash account, you must convert to a credit card account to use your TollTag at D/FW Airport.
- TollTag transactions less than $10 are deducted from your NTTA account balance of $40. If your account balance is reduced to $10 or less, $40 is automatically charged to your credit card to increase your balance.
- For airport transactions over $10, NTTA will automatically charge your credit card as a separate transaction.
- For receipts, log onto www.ntta.org to print one out or better yet have your parking receipts sent directly to you to your inbox. You can set this up online under your account set up at www.ntta.org.
- There is no extra charge or service fee for using your TollTag at the airports.
