Chisholm Trail Parkway: From Drawing Board to Construction Zone After more than 40 years in the planning stages, Chisholm Trail Parkway is now under construction. The NTTA issued notices to proceed for contractors working on several sections of the project in November.

- Vickery Boulevard, from I-30 entrance ramp to Forest Park Boulevard (closed)
- Westbound frontage road at Fort Worth & Western Railroad (closed)
- University Drive (various closures for bridge construction)
- Vickery Boulevard east of University Drive (closed)
- Exit ramp at eastbound I-30 and Summit Avenue
In addition, there will be several short- and long-term closures, including but not limited to:
- Westbound Rosedale between University Drive and Lovell Avenue, where traffic will be detoured to University Drive.
- Altamesa Boulevard between Harris Parkway and Granbury Road, where traffic will be detoured to Harris Parkway and Oakmont Boulevard.
Night-time closures will occur periodically for bridge beam setting:
- I-20 main lanes and frontage road
- SH 183 ramps and main lanes
- Overton Ridge Boulevard
- Dutch Branch Road
- Risinger Road
- Sycamore School Road
- FM 1187
