SH 121 Frequently Asked Questions

Q. Why  did I receive a bill from Texas Tollways for State Highway (SH) 121 when I have a TollTag?

A.   The number one reason that TollTag customers receive a bill for travel on SH 121 is that their account information is not up-to-date – a credit card might have expired or a license plate number may be incorrect. If you receive a bill in the mail, please call NTTA customer service at 972-818-6882 to review your account information. You may also log onto www.ntta.org to check your account information.  You will need your account and license number to verify or set up your account. Select the Customer Service button on the front page.

Q. My account information is current and I still received a bill for travel on SH 121?

A. Contact NTTA customer service for further assistance. We will work with Texas Tollways to answer the concern. NTTA customer service can be reached at 972-818-6882 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Q. When will NTTA assume construction, maintenance and operations of SH 121?

A. Per the project agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation, NTTA is expected to assume design and construction of the remaining segments, and maintenance and operations of the entire 25.9 mile toll road in September in 2008.
