Lane Changes Affecting Traffic at Wycliff Toll Plaza

Motorists can expect delays and may choose to seek alternate routes.

The reconstruction of the Dallas North Tollway south of Lemmon Avenue, which is now almost 40 years old, includes pavement replacement, improved overpass bridges, the widening of Oak Lawn Avenue as it approaches the Tollway, new ramp access to Oak Lawn and the construction of a new toll plaza.

Upon completion, the improvements will provide streamlined traffic flow, additional safety enhancements, a state-of-the-art toll plaza, and will relieve traffic congestion. All improvements are expected to be completed by late 2008.
