Holiday Closures

The NTTA Customer Service Center, TollTag Store and administrative offices will be closed Dec. 23-25, in observance of the Christmas holiday, and Jan. 3, in observance of the New Year. As a reminder, customers may always use the NTTA’s self-help website and phone system to manage their accounts. Just visit www.ntta.org and click on the "Customer Service" tab or call 972-818-6882 (NTTA).

All NTTA toll roads will be open during the holidays. Drivers without TollTags will be billed for their tolls using ZipCash, at the higher ZipCash rate.
