How do I access and manage my TollTag account online? Our online Customer Service Center makes it quick and easy to monitor your TollTag account. Your individual online account will give you access to a wide range of features available only on our website, including online account management, multiple payment options and personalized transaction reports.
First, you’ll need to set up online access. Before getting started, make sure you have the following information handy:
- Credit/debit card listed in your TollTag account, TollTag account number or TollTag number
- Driver license number or tax ID number.
From the NTTA.org homepage, follow the instructions below
1. Click “Customer Service Center” in the left navigation menu. This will take you to our secure online Customer Service Center.
2. Click the "Set Up Online Access" tab, then click the “Begin” button.
3. On the "Set Up Online Access" page:
a. Enter either your credit/debit card number, your TollTag account number, or your TollTag number. (Your TollTag number is listed on your TollTag, starting with the letters “DNT.”)
b. Enter either your driver license number and select the state, or enter your tax ID number.
c. Click “Next.”
4. On the next screen, you’ll set up your online account by creating a user ID and password. You’ll also add your email address and select security questions to be used to confirm your identity if you forget your password. Click “Next,” and you’ll be on your way to setting up your account preferences and managing your account.
Once your online access is set up, you can log on any time. Simply visit the online Customer Service Center home page, and enter your user ID and password in the boxes at the left of your screen.
You also can update your TollTag account information, apply for a new TollTag account, and resolve any outstanding invoices or notices of nonpayment. Parking and toll receipts can be printed for your payment records or expense reports. One of the neat things you can do is set up automatic receipts for airport parking – an especially helpful tool when you’re tracking travel expenses. The receipt comes right to your email box when you use the airport services.
As a reminder, remember to update your account any time you have changes to your credit/debit card, vehicle or license plate information to ensure accurate billing. A TollTag customer may receive a ZipCash invoice if the account is not updated with new vehicle or credit card information or if there are not enough funds in the account to pay the applicable tolls. TollTag customers will be notified and begin to receive ZipCash invoices at the higher toll rate if the account balance goes negative.
If you have any difficulties while using the online Customer Service Center, please contact us at CustomerService@NTTA.org or call us at 972-818-NTTA (6882).
