Independence Day Closings The NTTA Customer Service Center and Administrative Offices, located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, and the TollTag store, located at 12300 Inwood Rd. in Dallas, will be closed on Friday, July 3, in observance of Independence Day. The Customer Service Center only also will be closed on Saturday, July 4.
Customers always may manage their accounts 24/7 via the NTTA Customer Service Website.
All NTTA toll roads, main lane and ramp plazas will be open during the holiday.
