Holiday Closings

The NTTA Customer Service Center and Administrative Offices, located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway in Plano, and the TollTag store, located at 12300 Inwood Rd. in Dallas, will be closed on Saturday, July 3, and Monday, July 5, in observance of the Independence Day holiday. 

All NTTA toll roads, main lane and ramp plazas will be open during the holiday.

As a reminder, customers may always use the NTTA’s automated self-help website and phone system to manage their accounts. Just visit www.ntta.org and click on the "Customer Service" tab, or call 972-818-NTTA (6882).
