Q: How do I manage my TollTag account online?

A: To begin, visit www.ntta.org and click “Customer Service Center” on the left side of the page.  From this landing page, click the “Set up online access” tab.  Before you get started, you will need both the TollTag or account number and driver’s license number of the account holder. 

After the requested information is entered, a temporary password will be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provide.  When you log in with your temporary password, a permanent password will be required. 

Now you are able to manage your TollTag account with information such as your license plate(s) numbers and credit/debit card number and expiration date.

Updating your account is also necessary if you bought a new vehicle, received a new license plate or are adding a TollTag to your existing account.  Remember, you can have up to three TollTags on one account balance with no additional charge. As a TollTag customer you will continue to enjoy the benefits of traveling throughout the state of Texas while saving money.
