Changes Coming to ZipCash Billing
A significant outcome of the 82nd Texas Legislative session is a change on Sept. 1, 2011 to the NTTA’s toll collection process. The revised toll collection process, as prescribed under Senate Bill 469, will benefit customers who pay on time for travel on NTTA roadways by assessing the cost of the NTTA’s toll enforcement efforts onto the small percentage who refuse to pay.
