Q: How do I update my credit card information on my TollTag account?

A:
The easiest way to update your credit card information is by visiting the NTTA’s
online Customer Service Center. Log into your TollTag account, then click on “Credit Card Management” to edit your information. Once you’ve entered the new information, click “Save” to complete your update. While you are updating your payment information, please take the time to verify your vehicle information.

Outdated or incorrect credit or debit card information is one of the most common reasons for a TollTag account to drop to a negative balance.  When this happens, the NTTA sends the customer ZipCash invoices, and tolls are billed at the 50 percent higher ZipCash rate.
