New Web Pages Provide Updates The NTTA is enhancing its open and honest communications – a goal identified in its strategic plan – by launching several new web pages containing information ranging from all-electronic toll collection (all-ETC) and government affairs to where to get a TollTag.
“The NTTA is committed to keeping our customers and stakeholders informed,” said NTTA Assistant Executive Director of Administrative Services Kim Tolbert. “We believe the new web pages are helpful and informative and also demonstrate our commitment to transparency.”
The new all-ETC web page, located at www.ntta.org/AboutUs/Projects/AllETC, provides all the latest information about the NTTA’s transition to cashless tolling on the remainder of its system. Customers can get answers to frequently asked questions, as well as information on the all-ETC project schedule for 2010.
The new government affairs web page, located at www.ntta.org/AboutUs/GovernmentAffairs.html, provides information on the NTTA’s legislative program and related initiatives, as well as important legislative dates and transportation news reported at the local, state, and federal levels.
Also now online is the NTTA’s 2009 Annual Summary Report as well as toll rate information for State Highway (SH) 161 and updated information about where to get a TollTag. The NTTA will continue to update and enhance its website later this month by adding information related to its toll collection efforts.
