TollTag Basics:
Answers to Your Questions

Q. I’m a TollTag customer. Why did I get a violation notice?

A. TollTag customers might receive ZipCash invoices and violations notices for two primary reasons.  First, if the vehicle information listed in your account does not reflect the actual vehicle you were driving, you will receive a ZipCash invoice for the tolls.  Your TollTag is vehicle-specific, so you must contact the Customer Service Center at 972-818-6882 or visit the online Customer Service Center to update your account before driving on the toll road in a vehicle other than one listed on your account.

The second reason TollTag customers might receive a ZipCash invoice is because the account did not have enough funds to pay for the tolls.  This could happen if you have a cash-backed account or if your credit/debit card information was not up to date.
