Q: Does NTTA have satellite offices where I can open a new TollTag account or make payments on my account?
 
A: To supplement our Customer Service Center and TollTag Store, NTTA offers a range of services through our Regional TollTag Partners and participating ACE Cash Express locations. Regional TollTag Partners provide convenient locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area to open new credit card-backed TollTag accounts. ACE Cash Express, with multiple locations across the Dallas-Fort Worth area provides convenient cash services, including ZipCash payments, opening new cash-backed TollTag accounts, and adding funds to cash–backed TollTag accounts.
