NTTA Expands Weekend Customer Service Hours The NTTA is expanding its weekend hours to provide more flexibility for new and existing TollTag customers.
Beginning Saturday, Oct. 25, the NTTA Customer Service Center, located at 5900 W. Plano Pkwy in Plano Pkwy., will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. for customers wanting to manage their accounts in person, by e-mail or on the phone. The expanded hours do not apply to the TollTag store, located at 12300 Inwood Rd. in Dallas.
“By expanding our hours we will be able to assist more customers to better meet their needs,” said Clayton Howe, assistant executive director of operations. “We are excited to provide this increased level of service to our customers.”
The NTTA has issued more than 1.5 million TollTags. In addition to managing their accounts in person and on the phone, customers can also go online to make payments or update credit card information 24/7.
TollTags allow for improved mobility, fuel efficiency and safety on the roads. They also provide customers with a cost savings of up to 45 percent and can work on any toll road in Texas. Customers whose accounts are backed with a credit or debit card can also use their TollTags for parking and pass through at D/FW International Airport, and all parking at Dallas Love Field.
