Safety Town Offers Safe Treats for Children

If you are looking for a safe place to take the kids Trick-or-Treating this Halloween, the NTTA Tag Wagon will be at Safety Town’s Trick-or-Treat night from 6 to 9 p.m. on Oct. 24 at Frisco’s Central Fire Station, 8601 Gary Burns Drive. The event is open to children in fifth grade and below.

The Frisco Fire Safety Town provides children with safety education using fun, hands-on activities in a safe and interactive environment. The outdoor ‘town’ resembles a miniature Frisco complete with scaled homes and real buildings that represent the Frisco area. Intermingled with the home and business buildings are paved and marked streets complete with working traffic signals, a railroad crossing and a toll booth.

Throughout the year, the NTTA mobile marketing team travels to hundreds of events offices throughout D/FW to inform the public about NTTA initiatives and to make signing-up for a TollTag easy for North Texas residents. So as the fall weather approaches and you begin to travel to various festivals throughout the Metroplex, don’t forget to look for the Tag Wagon for answers to all your toll-related questions.
