NTTA Board of Directors Approves
2011 Preliminary Budget

At its regularly scheduled October meeting, the NTTA Board of Directors voted to approve the NTTA’s 2011 preliminary budget; specifically, the Operation and Maintenance Fund (OMF Fund) and the deposit to the Reserve Maintenance Fund as required under the NTTA Trust Agreement. ZipCash Billing Process Change
Begins Nov. 1

The North Texas Tollway Authority is phasing in a new ZipCash billing process beginning Nov. 1 that will help customers better anticipate billing while also reducing the number of invoices per vehicle. ZipCash is the NTTA's pay-by-invoice method of toll collection. ZipCash customers receive invoices for their tolls based on their toll usage, and invoices are mailed to the registered ownerof the vehicle.
