Chisholm Trail Parkway Reaches Benchmark; Construction Continues
Construction near the Hulen Street bridge and Union Pacific Railroad Davidson Yard already has been in full swing for more than a year. Crews have constructed retaining walls, demolished and reconstructed the Rosedale Street connector bridges, set beams and bridge decks for north- and southbound Chisholm Trail Parkway and are working to build a new Hulen Street bridge.
As construction activities commence in other sections of the corridor, NTTA staff will schedule meetings with neighborhood groups, organizations and businesses to provide project updates and to discuss possible impacts construction may have on daily commutes.
For the latest Chisholm Trail Parkway construction updates, visit www.NTTA.org, where you can subscribe to the NTTA’s Chisholm Trail Parkway e-newsletter, view pictures of the project’s progress, and find lane closure details and detour maps. Lane closure information also is available by calling (817) 207-0184. For questions, please call 817-916-5105 or send an email to ChisholmTrail@ntta.org.
Once complete, the Chisholm Trail Parkway will extend from downtown Fort Worth south to Cleburne, approximately 27.6 miles.
