NTTA Adjusts Weekend Customer Service Center Hours
The NTTA is adjusting its weekend hours to better serve new and existing TollTag customers.
Beginning Saturday, Oct. 23, the NTTA Customer Service Center, located at 5900 W. Plano Pkwy in Plano, will change its hours of operation to 9 a.m.-5:30 p.m. for customers wanting to manage their accounts in person or on the phone.
The adjusted hours will allow for additional customer service representatives to be on hand during higher customer volume time periods, thus allowing the NTTA to better assist more customers.
The Customer Service Center can be reached by e-mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling 972-818-6882(NTTA). In addition to managing accounts in person and on the phone, customers can also manage their accounts online 24/7, which allows them to print out receipts for expense reports, update account information and much more.
Cash will no longer be accepted on the NTTA System once the conversion to cashless toll collection goes into effect Dec. 10. After the conversion, tolls must be paid through a TollTag account or the NTTA’s ZipCash payment method. Customers who use ZipCash—the NTTA's pay-by-invoice toll collection method—pay 50 percent more than customers who have TollTags. TollTags also can be used on any toll road in Texas. Customers whose TollTag accounts are backed with a credit or debit card can use their TollTags for parking and pass-through privileges at D/FW International Airport and for all parking at Dallas Love Field Airport. Customers can have up to three TollTags, a “family pack,” on one account at no additional charge.
To stay up to date on the conversion to cashless tolling, customers can sign up to receive the NTTA’s new weekly cashless tolling e-newsletter. More information can be found at www.ntta.org.
