Q: Did my TollTag expire? I have a TollTag but I received a ZipCash invoice.

A: Your TollTag account doesn’t expire, but you will most likely receive ZipCash invoices for your tolls if the credit card information related to your TollTag account expires.

When a TollTag account balance drops to $10, the NTTA automatically charges your credit card $40 to maintain the balance. If the credit card information on file for your TollTag account is incorrect or out of date, the NTTA is unable to charge your credit card, which causes the TollTag account to reach a $0 balance. In these cases, a TollTag customer will receive ZipCash invoices for the tolls incurred. You can resolve these invoices by contacting NTTA Customer Service Center at 972-818-NTTA (6882) or CustomerService@ntta.org immediately to update your credit card information. Please do not send credit card information via email; doing so does not meet security requirements for protecting customer information.

To ensure accurate billing and prevent any disruptions in service, TollTag customers can manage their accounts online, where you can update changes to vehicle, license plate or credit card information.
