Government Affairs Update

In ongoing legislative news: The NTTA is pursuing statutory changes to its toll violation and collection process, in addition to working with its mobility partners to clarify existing authorities and identify additional tools to expedite project delivery. Senate Bill (SB) 882 was filed by Sen. All-ETC Conversion Moving Forward
Plans to convert the current NTTA system to all-electronic toll collection (all-ETC) is moving forward with the conversion of the President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) scheduled for July 1, 2009. The conversion will allow all customers to drive through the express lanes by eliminating the cash lanes. Cash customers will receive an invoice in the mail at the new ZipCash rate. Read More ›
