Government Affairs Update

In ongoing legislative news: The NTTA is pursuing statutory changes to its toll violation and collection process, in addition to working with its mobility partners to clarify existing authorities and identify additional tools to expedite project delivery. Senate Bill (SB) 882 was filed by Sen. John Carona. Rep. Charlie Geren’s companion bill is House Bill (HB) 2334.
