Investor Information Pages Now Online

The NTTA recently enhanced its commitment to transparency through open, honest communication – a goal identified in its strategic plan – when it launched the new investor information section of its Web site.   The section is located at http://www.ntta.org/AboutUs/Investor+Information, but can also be accessed by going to the NTTA’s homepage (www.ntta.org), then clicking on the tab entitled ‘About Us,’ then clicking on ‘Investor Information’ on the navigation bar on the left of the screen.

“The NTTA is committed to transparency and full disclosure,” said NTTA Executive Director Allen Clemson.  “We believe customers, stakeholders, media and bond holders will find the new section of the Web site helpful and informative.”

Information available includes:
• Budgets
• Monthly financial statements
• Monthly traffic counts
• Average revenue collected
• Bond sale official statements
• Comprehensive Annual Financial Report
• NTTA’s Trust Agreement

The NTTA will continue to update and expand the investor information pages.  In the first quarter of 2010, the NTTA will be adding unaudited transaction tables that will provide a historic view of activity on the NTTA System.  Additionally, the NTTA will be adding information related to its toll collection efforts.
