All-ETC Radio Campaign Helps Educate Customers If you have not already heard NTTA’s radio promotions about the President George Bush Turnpike (PGBT) transitioning to all-Electronic Toll Collection (all-ETC), listen closely.
As a TollTag customer, the conversion will not affect your commute; however, it will affect drivers who are used to stopping and paying with cash. Those customers will have the option of “driving now and paying later” with ZipCash. When the tollbooths disappear, you will pass under high-speed cameras that take pictures of your vehicle’s license plate. You will receive an invoice in the mail for the toll(s). That’s right—no more slowing down to pay a toll or fumbling for change!
And don’t forget – a TollTag will save you up to 45 percent over cash or the ZipCash method of payment and can be used on any toll road in Texas.
So if you or someone you know needs a TollTag, you can pick up one at a convenient location located along the PGBT corridor. For a listing of all TollTag sign up locations, please visit https://help.ntta.org/QA/Where/.
You can also sign up for TollTags with the NTTA Tag Wagon, a mobile registration outlet that can be found at local special events and festivals in your community. For a complete list of events, please visit http://www.ntta.org/AboutUs/Events/.
For other TollTag account services, contact the NTTA Customer Service Center located at 5900 W. Plano Parkway, suite 100 in Plano or the TollTag Store at 12300 Inwood Rd., suite 100, in Dallas.
