Paul N. Wageman, chairman of the Board of Directors for the North Texas Tollway Authority, will represent the Authority at The Bond Buyer’s Ninth Annual Transportation Finance / P3 Conference on Nov. 17–18, 2008, in Denver, Colo. The conference will bring together a uniquely diverse cross-section of all market participants to address crucial transportation finance issues facing the nation.
