Q:  Who can I call if I get a flat tire or my car breaks down on an NTTA roadway?

A:  Because the NTTA values their customers’ time and safety, simply call the number to the NTTA Command Center, located on the back of your TollTag.   The Command Center is available 24/7 to assist you with your roadway needs.  You may also contact our Roadway Customer Service team—a courtesy service provided for toll road customers—at 972-444-4357 (HELP).

Safety is paramount at the NTTA.  Roadway Customer Service team helps stranded motorists, removes road debris, and provides protection in emergency situations.  You may call Roadway Customer Service for any type of roadside assistance.
